Another stone I have recently become drawn to, and I’m not surprised, because it connects us to our Lung Qi - and we just so happen to be coming into the “Lung season” of Autumn. In Chinese medicine, this is also a bridge to our Wei Qi, which means, our INTERACTIONS WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD. What do we want to defend against? What do we want to absorb more of? How can we find that balance?

Just a few things to think about when setting intentions with these stones, placing them in our spaces, or gifting them to a loved one. This stone is also said to aid in self-nurturing, caring about others and caring for Mother Earth.
