The lava bracelets are an awesome way to enjoy essential oils through the day! I recommend applying your essential oil to the palms of your hands (a couple drops is plenty), and then rubbing the bracelet gently between your hands to infuse it. • Please know that the oils you use will be on your skin while you wear the bracelet, if you have a sensitivity, rub any carrier oil over the area to disperse the essential oil. Be careful when using citrus oils, your skin may become sensitive to the direct sun.
