The green color supports the Wood element, and the white supports the Metal element in Chinese medicine. It is suggested that it be worn or placed over the acupuncture point in the middle of the chest, called CV 17, to stimulate the immune system. It tonifies the Qi, stimulates defensive/Wei Qi clears heat - especially from the Liver, tonifies the Spleens ability to separate the clear from the turbid, and breaks up Yin stasis. It is known to be one of the more cooling Agates.
