Light exists EVERYWHERE. Even in the most uninhabitable conditions. The scientists here, under the earth and above molten filled depths, have to wear cooling suits or they couldn’t survive! National Geographic has a great article on this, and even a show!

When it comes to Earth, we are not separate. There are always parallels and connections. This is one of the gifts that Chinese medicine has taught me, we are not separate, and everything we experience is hot, cold, damp, stagnant, deficient, in excess, yin, yang, or simply put: out of balance. But we can regulate. We can help ourselves to reset and find balance by tuning into the patterns we see and feel, and shifting.

So, here goes the metaphor:

Please don’t forget that the light is in you ALWAYS, even in the harshest conditions we can uncover it. We may need to get creative and do WORK to access it. But it’s there for the experience, the growth, the “science” of it all.

The work can be in the NOTICING alone, that you’re stuck or “hooked.” Then, PAUSE or REFRAIN from DOING. Just take a deep breath in, exhale, and begin to RELAX into the moment: what IS. And just BE. ACCEPT. Then and only then, you may find a perspective shift. This may take moments, days, weeks (or with the big stuff, even years), but it’s there. I promise.

Shifting and finding the light is a practice. And I’m here, holding your hand, as we are not meant to do this all alone.

I ask Selenite to soothe my sleep and my nerves, by placing it under my bed. To clear my space, placing it in the windows. To cleanse my crystals, by setting it under or next to them. In the treatment room, it clears the energy for a fresh start before each patient. It can even cut energetic cords that are draining my energy from experiences or situations. This can be a very impactful practice. The sky is the limit!
